If you’ve stumbled onto this corner of the internet, hi! I’m Michelle — software engineer by day, exhausted mom by always, and crafter by night.

I currently have:

✔️ one 5-year-old (who just started kindergarten!)

✔️ one 3-month-old

✔️ two cats who think they’re my bosses

✔️ approximately 27 half-finished projects scattered around my house

I’ve been knitting and crocheting for 15 years, and I’ve been cross-stitching and sewing on and off for about 5 years — which means I’ve had plenty of time to pick up skills and develop a strong tolerance for tangled yarn, disappearing needles, and cats who believe every ball of yarn is their birthright.

Somewhere between the diapers, deadlines, and dropped stitches, I decided it was time to start documenting this journey — the crafts, the chaos, the cats, and the whole “becoming the best version of myself for my kids” thing. Because if there’s anything motherhood has taught me, it’s that we’re all works-in-progress… and sometimes we need a little corner to laugh about it.
